We are a family owned CLASS A GENERAL CONTRACTING business in Virginia serving The Peninsula including Williamsburg and all of James City County, New Kent County, West Point and surrounding areas.  I have been a repeat customer of Birstler Home Improvements formerly of New York. The principal Stephen has remodeled kitchens and bathrooms in both my residence and my investment property. He has also installed windows and roofs on both properties. His estimates are competitive with all licensed and insured contractors. His contracts are very detailed.
